How long does the peer review process take?

Our typical review cycle takes 6-8 weeks from submission to first decision, depending on reviewer availability and manuscript complexity.

Is there a publication fee?

Yes, a publication fee applies only after your manuscript is accepted. See our Publication Fees page for current rates and payment instructions.

Can I submit a paper that was previously presented at a conference?

Yes, provided it has been substantially extended (typically 30%+ new content) and you disclose the prior conference presentation.

What file formats are accepted for submission?

We accept manuscripts in PDF, DOC, and DOCX formats, up to 20MB in size.

How do I track my submission status?

Once logged in, your Author Dashboard shows real-time status for every submission, including reviewer comments when available.

Do you offer waivers for the publication fee?

Fee waiver requests are considered on a case-by-case basis for authors from low-income regions. Contact the editorial office to inquire.
